1Where is the session held?
I see clients at my own home where I have a beautiful and spacious therapy room. I provide a safe and professional environment, where people feel at ease and relaxed. If you drive to the session, parking is easy and free. I always offer every client a nice herbal tea which creates a very friendly and welcoming experience, just like being at home. I offer group sessions too, but please contact me for further information.
2Do you have online sessions?
I prefer working with clients face to face but, when necessary, Zoom or Facetime can be arranged.
3How many sessions do I need?
Everyone is different so it is up to the individual’s needs. We will work together, and I can only help you if you help yourself. I don’t have a magic wand, but I promise I will do my very best to help you and support you on your journey. You as a client oversee how many sessions you would like to have. We can set up an action plan together, but the final decision will be always yours. I want to empower you with that decision because this is your journey. My aim is to make each session as comfortable as possible. Hypnotherapy sessions can feel like haven, a safe space to be honest.
4What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel a session you have booked, but please note that there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that you will be charged for your session should you cancel less then 48 hours before the start of your session.
5How much do your sessions cost?
Individual sessions can be booked for a fee of £85
6How long is a session?
Normally a session is for 1 hour. I also offer phone/ text support between sessions for no extra cost.
7Are sessions confidential?
Sessions are confidential. I will not share any information with anybody. I provide each new client a “contract”. This isn’t a legally binding document but sets out clearly how sessions are run. It is a mutual agreement.
8Do you have a professional insurance?
I have up to date professional insurance.
9What are your qualifications?
Degree in General Nursing, DSFH Diploma Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Internationally Accredited Diploma in Health and Wellness, Therapeutic Art Life Coach Certificate, Spiritual Coach Certificate, Yin Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training- Internationally Accredited Certification Course by Yoga Alliance and Diet and Nutrition Coach Certificate.
10Do you have testimonials?
Yes, I do. All testimonials which appear on my website are genuine and from real people who were or are still my clients. The content of their testimonials has not been changed; however, I do not provide their full name to protect their identity.
