“Holistic Steps to Wellbeing” was created out of my passion to help everyone live a healthy and purposeful life.
LITTLE ABOUT ME
My name is Ibi and I founded “Holistic Steps to Wellbeing”. The idea was born from my own commitment to living a healthier, more fulfilling and mindful life.
There was a time when my life was very challenging, and I went through years of sleepless nights and anxiety. I thought I could cope with anything and that I was made of steel, but my reality was different. A series of life events made me question and reassess my lifestyle, and what I was doing or maybe not doing. Eventually, I understood that I needed to help myself as no one was going to rescue me. My first step was to take up yoga. At the same time, I started looking into the concept of a Positive Mindset and how our thoughts shape our reality. I studied Hypnotherapy and Modern Psychotherapy. At that time, little did I know that I had started my journey to rediscover myself and fully understand who I am. I understand the benefits of the Holistic approach to wellbeing. My physical and emotional wellbeing went from strength to strength, I gained control over the constant anxiety, and I developed some tools to help maintain my inner peace and positivity. I realised that I needed to help myself through the Holistic way, working with my Mind, Body and Soul. I made changes to my diet, took supplements, connected with mother nature and focused on where I wanted to be rather than where I was. I realised that I had to be the one to make the changes! I wish I would have known this . I had to discover everything through my own research and studies.
Often our challenges become our biggest lessons in life. There is always fortune in our misfortune. Today I am living with gratitude, awareness, and acceptance.
I make sure that I have time for myself, and I have a well-balanced holistic lifestyle.
I am grateful that I can share my knowledge and serve others and I hope I can bring value to those who are reaching out.
The Holistic approach is vital as we need to look at the person as a whole and take into consideration their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. With more than 10 years of experience I hope to inspire you and motivate you to start your own journey to understand who you are. You are an amazing person, but you may not know it yet. I will help you to rediscover your true essence.
