What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a natural technique that helps reduce anxiety and other issues which are triggered by negative thinking or behaviour. The key of this approach is to change your focus from being negative to positive. I know it sounds easy but if you are experiencing anxiety, phobia, panic, depression or a high level of stress it isn’t that simple because the primitive part of the brain is negative. You won’t be happy to hear this but this part of the brain is obsessional.  What you did yesterday the brain will encourage you to do today too. So you can see it is very easy to stay in that negative cycle of thinking and repeat the past.

It has been recognised that frequent yoga exercise can help with stress management, mental health, mindfulness, weight loss and quality sleep. Moreover, it can help with flexibility, improve posture, boost immunity and much more.

In this modern highly technological world, we forget to live in the present moment. Our phones and laptops are constantly on, and we are always ready to jump to do the next task or worrying about the next day. When we are practicing yoga, we can teach ourselves to be “present” in the moment. Normally, our minds are racing as we have so much to do, and we forget to slow down. 

We get exhausted easily as the to do list can be never ending. Looking after our body and mind has never been so important than nowadays.Life is changing fast, and we don’t know how to cope with its changes. We get stressed and people break down easily not knowing how to cope at work or at home. It is time to take some action and start looking after ourselves physically and mentally. Individually and collectively we all should make a lifestyle change; it is time to be the change and make the change.

Yoga is a very good thing to do, easy to do and doesn’t require too much space or equipment. There are many yoga classes available online now, which means you don’t need to go anywhere; it could come to you. Anyone can practice yoga, and you can start it at any age, and you don’t even need to be vegan. Starting with 10-15 minutes yoga practice a day could be very beneficial.
