Try to see that anxiety and depression you are experiencing as a sign. It is ok where you are, be kind to yourself. However, your body is telling you that what you are doing isn’t right. You body is asking for your attention. Heal your anxiety and depression with acceptance and kindness. We tend to live either through fear or through love. Fear is anxiety and depression; love is healing and vitality. Whatever is going on in your life can be overcome. We humans are very resilient so, don’t be hard on yourself. That won’t help you at all; it will create more stress hormones for you. When you slow down and ask yourself why you are feeling anxious, I am sure you will know the answer. Every question has an answer and solution. Please understand that the solution is within you.
We all interpret the world around us uniquely. We don’t see life as it is, we see life as we are. If you have anxiety, it is likely that you will think that life is against you. However, if you see life as easy and joyful, it will be easy and joyful for you. Everything depends on what you have within. The outside world is just the extension of your inner world. If your negative thoughts can make you anxious, then some positive thoughts can make you feel better. Do you know the difference between a good thought or a bad one? Which one feels better? The choice is yours. You can only create from this moment. You can start right now…just take a small step forward and tell yourself that you are willing to try. This is part of your healing process to understand yourself. Your pain and suffering are valid but ask yourself how long will let it determine your life. There should be a point in your life when you turn everything around.
